1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the arcadiapartners.eu website and the tools available on it — in particular the contact request form and the Growth Advisory Diagnostic questionnaire (together, the "Service") — operated by Arcadia Partners. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. What the Service is

The Growth Advisory Diagnostic is a questionnaire-based assessment tool that, based on the answers you provide, gives informational, decision-support feedback on your company's market position. You can also reach us through the contact request form and the booking calendar on the website.

3. Pricing

Using the website, the contact request form, and completing the Growth Advisory Diagnostic questionnaire are free of charge. Arcadia Partners offers other paid services under separate agreement; those are governed by their own contracts.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or other technical issues may cause interruptions.

5. Limitation of liability

Growth Advisory Diagnostic output is an automated, questionnaire-based assessment, not business, legal, financial, or professional advice. Arcadia Partners is not liable for decisions made based on the output, nor for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

6. User conduct

• You may not query the Service in an automated, large-scale fashion or generate load beyond normal use.
• You may not submit false, misleading information, or information that infringes third-party rights, in the questionnaire or the form.
• You may not bypass any protective mechanism (rate limit, bot filter, etc.) of the Service.
• On abuse, Arcadia Partners reserves the right to restrict access and pursue further legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content on arcadiapartners.eu — text, graphics, code, brand assets — is the intellectual property of Arcadia Partners or its contractual partners and is protected by applicable law. The Growth Advisory Diagnostic result produced for you may be freely used for personal and internal business purposes.

8. Data processing

Personal data processed in connection with the Service is described in detail in our Privacy Policy (arcadiapartners.eu/en/privacy).

9. Changes to these Terms

Arcadia Partners may unilaterally amend these Terms. Changes take effect on publication at arcadiapartners.eu/en/terms. For material changes we display the date at the top of the page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes arising from use of the Service fall under the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
